JULY Architecture is an Asheville-based practice specializing in custom residential, commercial, and civic design.

Core Philosophy

Exceptional architecture demands clarity, technical precision, and direct dialogue. We intentionally maintain an agile, highly capable studio so every project benefits from hands-on principal leadership—from initial concept through final completion.

Principled Practice

Our studio scale is deliberate. By keeping our team focused and highly specialized, we ensure the designers shaping your vision are the same experts navigating site constraints, code compliance, and technical detailing.

Structured Execution

Navigating intricate zoning, challenging topography, and ambitious design goals requires decisive leadership. We provide a transparent process that keeps complex projects moving predictably without compromising design integrity.

Context & Craft

Rooted in the Blue Ridge environment, our work responds directly to site geography and climate. We design enduring spaces defined by clean geometries, honest detailing, and resilient materials.
